Responsibilities include editing programs to fit HPR's format, taking regular power readings from our transmitters, monitoring the sound levels for both stations, and running the scheduled programs, show promos, and sponsor credits. My regular shift requires me to work without supervision, and when I cover other shifts I'm required to be flexible with who I work with and their specific needs.
